Rag Tag Green tea

An organic green tea from the mountains of the Jainxi Province.

Picked in the spring of 2022 and stored and aged in jars in our storage to allow the vibrant bite of the green to settle. now with a full body and rounded flavour it is ready to brew.

Best brewed in the morning or in the midday. The vibrancy of this tea brings life to the eyes and spirit.

A short brew will be refreshing and light and a long brew grassier and bold.
