Bringing a strong and deep umami aroma, broth like lingering notes on the nose from dry leaf to tea soup.
When it touches the lips the intensity fades away to leave a soothing and deep flavour, carrying all the way to the back of the palette and beyond.

These leaves love a oiling brew over and over, even allowing some wriggle room for brew times.
Best enjoyed Gong fu over at least 4 cups, time taken to really settle in. washing the leaves to begin with.
