Terms and conditions including returns

All items purchased from online store and sent in the post are subject to minor fading or change from online images due to screen brightness and settings. 

Once an item is in the post we hold no responsibility for Australia post or other postal organisations actions or treatment with the package. 

A digital item such as training and or meditation audio do not require post nor postal confirmation. Emails and documentation will be sufficient delivery of said items

If the item is received in a broken or deemed to not fit the advertised description from the online description we cancan start communication towards resolving the issue. 

Change of mind or incorrect sizing will not be reimbursed as that is up to the customers discretion to check sizing and design.

If an item is to be returned unless otherwise organised postal costs will be covered by the customer. 

Any data, email address and personal information collected for email services, payment or other reasons will be kept as with shopify and story of a stone data collection and not shared with third parties
