In favour - Oolong - Dan Cong ( 乌龙茶 )

Traditionally named Ya Shi Xiang or Duck Shit dan cong ( not a misstype). The story of this teas name is the original farmers of these tea trees loved the tea from this plant so much they said it was pooped on by the ducks as to deter people from stealing or buying it all. From this great story we named this tea In Favour as it was the favour of the farmers.

These leaves from Fenghuangshan plucked in 2024 are a beautiful blend of nutty, creamy and slightly green in flavour. A smooth brew and delicate finish.
