Distant Winds- Distant range- Shou Puer (寿普洱)

These leaves bridge the centuries.

From 1999 these leaves have been resting, waiting. Grown and plucked on Wuliang Shan, Puer and stored to age. As with all the distant Shou puer range these leaves brew to have a smooth woody flavour, full mouth and entrancing aroma. With a smooth and simple flavour the distant range is one of subtle settling.

We called the 1999 pick Distant Winds as the flavour and aroma change intermittently with each brew, building in depth as the aroma floats away.
