A Guided Hand | 2014 Banzhang Shou Pu’er

A 375 g organic 2014 Banzhang shou Pu’er, fermented by the guided hands of tea masters.

A deep and forgiving broth, full of richness from the first brew, with pungent umami and a deep burgundy colour.

These leaves settle and calm the mind. They bring weight and soften the need for movement.

A stunning tea for continuous brews, flowing beautifully from intensity towards sweetness in the final cups.

These leaves are a favourite of mine and have brought me to tears many a time. We will keep a few of these cakes stored away for a while to come.

Best served gongfu, with at least one wash before the first cup is sipped.
