Regent Red - Red Tea ( 红茶)

A bond needle red Crafted with love by Master Lee in Fengqing Yunnan.
When we hiked these mountains and walked though the tea garden in 2024 we fell in love with this tea. A true Red tea, fed only by the high mountain rain and mist, these leaves hold a true bold flavour and a backing of elegance.

Master Lee and brother Huà often called the tea trees their children, walking through the garden hand pruning if needed but more often than not just appreciating.
These trees are at least 80 to 90 years old and thriving growing taller and bolder each year.

We called this tea Regent Red as it has a long form that stands tall, just like the trees themselves. Huà also insisted we take this tea as to pass on the honour to us, a sharing of the bounty of the land.
