Iron Goddess - Oolong - Tieguanyin ( 乌龙茶)

One of the true teas of china, a tea with deep roots and tradition. 
This Tieguanyin ( Iron Goddess of mercy) is plucked from central Fujian Provence and a consistent restock each year for us. 
These leaves from 2024 have a fresh green aroma and flavour and the slick creaminess and orchid flavour synonymous with Tieguanyin 

a true pillar and solid stand of tea. The bridge that brings green tea and oolong together. if you like Green but not oolong or the other way around i encourage you to let this tea convince you of another way.
