Dark in colour and full of depth, offering subtleties of sweetness under the bitter beginnings.
Best brewed Gong fu with two wash rounds to begin
Boiling water to begin for the first 5 rounds then calming as the tea does too.
fast flash brews are best to not over saturate the leaves,
let them slowly sing as time is on their side.
