Strong Will - Yellow Tea ( 黄茶)

A mid season picking in 2025, this yellow has a touch more life than a traditional yellow tea. 
From the same Tribute tea garden as the Imperial tribute tea of Huangshan in Anhui.

Named strong will as this tea takes presence and gifts vigour and life. Found on our 2025 journey through china we were offered a brew of these leaves that was left sit a touch too long, we could taste the promise under the tannin in the leaves and asked for collection to take back. As we travelled we brewed the leaves and found they just needed more attention and they produce a beautiful nutty, creamy and fresh tea. 
These leaves will age well but are beautiful to drink straight away. 

We are so glad we were strong of will and collected these leaves, giving them a chance to shine.
