Fire Without - Green Tea ( 绿茶 )

From the mountains in the far north of Thailand, Chiang Mai  on our 2025 voyage through Thailand. We were lucky enough to help pluck these leaves ourselves and experience the making of the tea.
A completely hand made process from picking to drying.
the surrounding mountains and valleys were a wash with smoke as it was the end of the burning season in thailand, lucky enough the valley where we found this tea garden was free from smoke and cast in a mist. Hence the name, Fire without.

A vibrant balanced and not overly pungent green.
